This clean and very well cared for little gem is laden with factory installed options – and we added about $7,500 of options after purchase! It’s wide-open “living” space welcomes you into theater seating in front of an efficient electric fireplace adjacent to the front kitchen (front kitchen keeps things in place – we never have to remove counter items during travel), and it boasts significant counter space. The walk-through bathroom has ample linen storage with under-the-sink clothes washer hook ups and takes you to a bedroom with a large rear window, full closet, under bed drawers, as well as under bed storage with outside access.
Factory Installed Options: Four Power Stabilizer Jacks, Night Slow-rise Roller Shades, 190W Roof Solar Panel with prep, 15,000 BTU ducted air conditioner, Thermo Pane Windows, 2 slide topper awnings, extra Maxxair Ventilation Fan and cover, water filter (standard), Theatre Seating, Newport Ash Cabinetry with solid doors, 8 cu-ft gas/electric two door luxury (matches cabinetry) Dometic refrigerator, and two Deep Cycle 6V 210 amp batteries.
What we added: Nearly 1000 Watts solar to total 1200W (800 on front controller, 400 on rear controller – 1000W inverter is standard), Lithium compatible converter, Slide-in Custom Skirting ($4000 value) with Styrofoam insulation, two additional 9000 lb HD 24” Scissor Jacks, Pull-out kitchen faucet, extra pantry “shelves,” water filter upgraded to four canisters, extra furnace fan, cabinet doors and drawers polyurethane sealed, two in-counter sink soap dispensers, clothes washer plumbing, reading lights over theater seating, Insulation in the front cap, and new electric hitch jack cover.
Winter RVing: We have a fantastic winter setup that has successfully taken us to -26F: factory electric fireplace, skirting with insulation, portable diesel heater setup to augment either inside living space or under skirt heating, INKBird automatic digital thermostat for economy heating under the RV (provide your own electric heater), refrigerator heater (included) with digital thermostat controller, the wood stove option mentioned below (extra), an in-line fan to vent extra wood stove heat into the skirting, a new/unused 100-ft heated water hose, and probably more that I’ve forgotten.
Winter Stove Option: Complete setup and install of Tiny Wood Stove 4K, additional $3000. You will lose exterior bedroom door access. This stove can easily keep the trailer at 80+ degrees in minus temps.

Thinking of living in it? A monthly RV rental site may be available to the right person in Gardiner, MT. Yes, this one has been lived in, but only THAT guarantees all things work properly – because they have to work ;-). If a trailer is stored, Spring often brings surprise repairs like mice-chewed wiring or roof leaks – some potentially very expensive.
